Your data is yours, and the exit is real
Every record is reachable over the API, in full, without asking us. We treat a customer’s ability to leave as a feature we maintain, not a risk we manage. A business that stays because switching is painful is not a satisfied customer, it is a captive one.
Model it right the first time
Most software pain is a data model that was wrong early and got worked around forever. We would rather spend an extra week on how your business is actually shaped than spend three years apologising for the shortcut.
Say the true thing about what is built
Roadmaps are not features and demos are not evidence. If something is not finished, this site says so. That is cheaper for everyone than finding out in month two.
Small enough to answer the phone
You will deal with the people who built it. That is a real constraint on how many customers we take on, and we would rather have that constraint than a support queue.
Who you would be working with
EveryonePlans is a consultancy that writes software. We spend most of our time inside other people’s operations — figuring out how a business actually runs, then making the system match it instead of the other way round.
The platform started as the tooling we needed to do that work well. It turned out that the parts we kept rebuilding for every client — people and permissions, scheduling, work, money, messages, and an API over all of it — were the same parts every organization needs. So we made it a product, and we still use it ourselves for every engagement.
That is the short version of why the software is opinionated: it is not a blank canvas someone hopes you will fill in. It is the shape of the work, from people who do the work.
