SHEET 06 · WHO RUNS ON IT
Find your kind of group.
PTAs, clubs, HOAs, nonprofits, sports teams, households, event organizers, project teams and service businesses all run on EveryonePlans. Each one below has its own page, written for that kind of group — what they use it for, a real week, and the questions they ask first.
You can create an account and look around for free before talking to anybody.
01FOUR MODES
One system, four starting shapes.
A mode decides which menu you see. It is a setting on your organization, not a different product — so you can change it whenever the way you work changes, and nothing is migrated when you do. We are building per-view on and off control on top, so you can trim the menu to exactly what your group uses.
Business
The full system, nothing hidden. Service businesses, associations, committees, clubs.
Household
People, calendar, jobs, files and automations. The commercial machinery hidden.
Event
Guests, run-up schedule, broadcasts, RSVPs, ticketing and check-in.
Project
Work broken down, sequenced and tracked, with files and reporting attached.
02WHO ENDS UP HERE
Nine kinds of group, one platform.
They are not separate products, and none of them is a cut-down version of another. The same records, permissions and automations sit underneath all of them; what changes is the menu, so a household is not asked about invoicing pipelines and a business is not asked whose turn it is to do the bins. Pick the shape that fits, change it whenever the way you work changes, and nothing is migrated when you do.
If your group keeps records and coordinates people, it fits.
The nine above are the ones we see most, not the ones we support. Anything that has members, a calendar, work to do and money moving through it is the same problem wearing different clothes.
