Event organizers
EveryonePlans has an event mode: guests, the run-up schedule, tasks, broadcasts, RSVPs, ticketing and check-in on the day — with the attendee list kept as records you own rather than a CSV a ticketing platform hands you afterwards.
Runs in Event mode — one of four profiles that decide which menu you see. You can switch mode whenever the way you work changes, and we are building per-view on/off control so you can trim the menu to exactly what your group uses.
01WHAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO
The work this kind of group is really doing.
- Registration and ticketing with entry on the day
- A guest list that is people, not a spreadsheet export
- The run-up as real scheduled work, not a checklist document
- Broadcasts to everyone attending, from your own brand
- Suppliers and what you need from them, in the same place
02THE PARTS THAT MATTER HERE
Six capabilities that carry most of it.
Everything else is still there — this is what this kind of group reaches for first. Each links to the page that explains how it works.
03WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
The week after the event
- Two hundred registered and a hundred and sixty attended — both are on the records.
- A follow-up goes to those who came, and a different one to those who did not.
- Six become customers, and each is the same record that registered.
- Nobody exported a CSV at any point.
04QUESTIONS
What people in your position ask
Do I keep my attendee list?
Set up your event and look around.
Creating an account is free and takes a couple of minutes. Pick Event mode when you do — and change it later if it turns out another one fits better.
