Events in EveryonePlans cover the whole run of a public event — the page, registration, tickets, entry on the day, and the attendee list — with attendees held as records in the same system as the rest of your customers.

Why this is worth having
Ticketing platforms end at the door. The attendee list arrives as a CSV, which means the people who came to your event are not customers in any system you own, and following up with them is a mail-merge rather than a relationship.
02HOW IT WORKS
The mechanism
- An event has a public page, registration rules, and capacity — published from the same records the operations run on.
- Attendees are contacts, so somebody who came to an event and later becomes a customer is one record, not two.
- Entry is handled on the day with scannable tokens rather than a printed list.
- Everything is available over the API, so a site with its own event design can use the platform purely as the engine.

- A follow-up goes to the people who came, and a different one to those who registered and did not.
- Six of them become customers, and each one is the same record that registered, with the history intact.
- Nobody exported a CSV at any point.
