Courses and training
EveryonePlans includes a course catalogue with enrolments, so an organization can run onboarding, training or certification against the same people records it already keeps — rather than buying a separate learning system and reconciling two lists of who has done what.

Why this is worth having
Every organization that onboards anybody ends up with a training checklist somewhere. It is usually a document, it is usually out of date, and there is usually no reliable answer to "has this person been trained on that" at the moment you need one.
02HOW IT WORKS
The mechanism
- Courses are records; enrolment and completion are recorded against the person.
- Because it is the same people database, "who is trained on this" is a question with an answer rather than an audit.
- It is re-skinned by the words your organization uses — crew onboarding, volunteer induction, a customer academy, a certification programme.
- Completion is an event, so it can gate something else: an assignment, an access level, a certificate.

Nobody works the door untrained
- Door training is a course with an enrolment list.
- A new volunteer completes it, which is recorded against them.
- A rule only assigns door shifts to people with that completion.
- The question "is everyone on Saturday trained" has an answer, not an opinion.

Can I use this for volunteer or staff onboarding?
Yes — that is the most common use. Courses and completions attach to the same people records as everything else, so training status is a property of a person rather than a separate spreadsheet.
